Meade Computing of Ankeny offers computer services - New in the Neighborhood

Meade Computing, 110 N.E. Trilein Drive, Suite 5 in Ankeny, offers a wealth of services related to computer equipment and operation.

Services include helping clients with acquisition and installation of new computers. It also sells refurbished computers and offers computer repair, virus removal, installation of anti-virus software, data recovery, networking, Internet setup and training.

Meade Computing is an Internet provider and provides Web design and maintenance services. The company offers free diagnosis of computer issues and determines if repair is cost-effective or if replacement is a better option. Service is provided to homes and businesses throughout central Iowa. Trip fees are not charged.

The company was started by Patrick Meade, who has a degree in computer science from Iowa State University. He was a software developer for 25 years before he went full time with this business. His wife, Janet, joined in December. Included among her duties are accounting services, networking and training.
