We provide an Annual Maintenance service which many of our clients highly value. After Meade Computing has initially installed Norton™ AntiVirus and tuned up your computer, you are eligible for Annual Maintenance. When your Norton™ AntiVirus subscription is close to its 1-year expiration date, we will send you an email reminder that it is time for your Annual Maintenance. If you respond that you'd like the service, we schedule a time to come to your home or office, install the latest Norton™ AntiVirus, give your computer a tune-up and answer any computer-related questions you may have.
The Tune-Up Process: When we tune up your computer, we apply software updates to all those defined under new computer installation. These programs interact with your Internet browser and are often targeted by viruses. In addition, we analyze all programs set to start with your computer and eliminate any that are not essential. When we're finished, your computer will run at its optimal level. Our clients tell us that their computers run better throughout the year.
A great value! You get Norton™AntiVirus ($40 value) plus at least an hour of labor (at least a $85 value); that's a total value of at least $125 for only $85.
